Love this place! I've been going for 3 weeks now and the workouts are amazing. The coaches really help you during your workout and encourage you to give it your all. I would recommend everyone try this place out!
Even though I didn't get to complete a boot camp, due to work schedule changes, I learned enough basics to lose 14lbs and drop my BMI from 44 to 33. I can never thank you enough for sharing your desire to see a healthier village!! :)

“Along with giving us your time, you don’t treat anybody differently than you treat the next person. In other words, you’re just as friendly and encouraging to the skinny “in shape” girls as you are with us “not so in-shape” girls. I really liked when you “modified” a workout recently by basically doing it the same way (because you knew she could) and told her she could do it without being condescending…and she was able to do it! I was really intimidated the first time I came to camp, but was put at ease as soon as you started the class. I really appreciate you, and boot camp!”
